Certified Senders Alliance (CSA)
The CSA is a union of the biggest bulk mailers and internet service providers to improve the quality of the emails with strict guidelines and to ensure that requested emails sent by genuine senders reach their destinations smoothly. The CSA was set up by the German Direct Marketing Association (DDV) and the association of Germany’s internet enterprises (eco).
