Optimising the value of transactional email messages

Every online business has a need for  transactional email messages. Retailers use them to send order confirmations and delivery notifications. Banks use them to notify their customers of payments due and online statements. According to JupiterResearch, 74% of emails that organisations use to interact with clients, prospects and partners is related to customer service communications – known as transactional emails.
